By accessing or using the TourBackOffice portal ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including travel agents, agency administrators, and their clients.
TourBackOffice is intended for professional use by travel agents and agencies. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to distribute harmful content, infringe on intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TourBackOffice is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your negligence.
Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. Plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not issued for partial months. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.
All platform features, code, design, and branding of TourBackOffice are owned by us. Content you create (itineraries, client data) remains yours. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to provide the Service.
TourBackOffice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of business or revenue. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days. You may export your data before cancellation.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By using the Service, you waive your right to a jury trial.
